【FAQ Regarding Tickets】
-
How many times can I apply for tickets?
You may apply for multiple shows; however, you are only eligible to win/purchase tickets for up to one show.
For each show, you may apply for only one ticket type from the following: Reserved Seat, Heart Seat, Wheelchair Seat, Parent-Child Seat, or Kind Seat.
If you apply for multiple ticket types for the same show, your application will be considered invalid. -
Can the applicant and accompanying person be swapped to apply multiple times?
Each person is limited to one application only, whether as the applicant or as a companion.
If you are listed as a companion in an application, it will count as your one application. Any additional applications with swapped roles will be considered invalid.
If multiple applications are submitted with combinations of 3 or more participants, all such applications will be considered invalid.
Case 1) Applied as Applicant A with Companion B, and again as Applicant B with Companion A — One application will be deemed invalid.
Case 2) Applied with Applicant A with Companion C and again with Applicant C with Companion B — All/Both applications will be deemed invalid -
How many tickets can I apply for?
For all seat types except Parent–Child Seats, you may apply for up to 2 tickets. Applications for 3 or more people (except for Parent–Child Seats) are not allowed.
For Parent–Child Seats, if the companion is a child who does not have a smartphone, you may apply for up to 6 people total: either 1 adult + up to 5 children, or 2 adults + up to 4 children.
Adults: guardians who are high-school age or older.
Children: from age 3 up to the third year of junior high school.
Please apply according to ages at the time of the performance. Proof of your child’s age may be required at entry. -
I made a mistake in my application. Can I cancel or change it?
To correct your application or change your companion, you must first cancel the existing application from your application history. After canceling, please reapply with the correct information.
Cancellations and resubmissions are only possible during the application period until Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 23:59. Changes cannot be made after this deadline. -
Where can I check my application history?
Please check your ePlus application history (it may be called Application Status Inquiry, Order History, or something similar).
You can review your application details as well as your registered companions there. -
Can I choose my seat location?
Seat selection is not available regardless of ticket type. Due to production reasons, some seats may have limited visibility of the performer or parts of the stage effects. For "Wheelchair Seats," event staff will guide you on the day but seat locations will not be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Please take your time when arriving.
-
I've applied for tickets but can no longer attend. Can I cancel them?
We do not accept ticket cancellations under any circumstances. If you can no longer attend, please list your tickets in the ePlus Ticket Trade service when it becomes available. Please note that the primary purchaser’s ticket cannot be traded on its own. (You cannot keep only the companion’s ticket — they must be listed together.)
-
Is it possible to change the accompanying person after purchasing tickets?
Changes are not allowed to prevent ticket resale. If the accompanying person cannot attend, please list their ticket on the ePlus Ticket Trade platform.

Yes, those eligible may attend on their own.
While event staff will assist as much as possible, please note that they are not trained in any special assistance. As a general rule, please make sure the attendees are able to reach their seats independently. There are no specific requirements for companions, but we kindly ask that anyone accompanying the guest be capable of assistance when in need. -
What is the difference between Reserved Seats and Kind Seats?
In Reserved Seats, guests are free to watch the show in any style during the performance (including standing). Kind Seats, however, are seated-only during the entire performance. We recommend Kind Seats for guests who may have limited stamina or prefer to remain seated throughout the show.
